Say Cheese
A cat had chased a mouse into a corner and was about to pounce when the mouse pleaded “Please don't eat me, mister cat. I will give you something of great value.” The cat grumbled, “I'm bored and I'm hungry. What could a mouse possibly have to offer?” The mouse quickly replied, “How about some cheese and a story?” The cat intrigued by the mouse's proposal, agreed on the condition that each day would bring the same. If the story failed to entertain, that day, would be the mouse's last. Day in and day out, the mouse produced the cheese and entertained the cat with a tale.
